Inelco Ultima-Tig Tungsten Grinder
The patented Inelco Ultima-Tig tungsten grinder demonstrates an eco-friendly way to grind perfect, accurate and repeatable angles on tungsten electrodes.
The Ultima-Tig is constructed with a unique, fully enclosed grinding chamber and dust disposal container. It integrates automatic dust collection, maintaining operator safety and eliminating the requirement for external extraction systems.
As a result of cold wet grinding and the diamond wheel’s high speed, the tungsten electrode consistently maintains a polished, even surface.
With the Ultima-Tig you will achieve the exact angle that you require. A special locking device positions the electrode precisely resulting in minimum waste. The grinding operation is carried out in the correct longitudinal direction along the electrode. A precise angle ensures weld quality and more re-ignitions, extending electrode life between grinding.
The Ultima-Tig is easy to use. First, place the electrode in the electrode holder. Next, adjust the pointer to the required grinding angle. Then, insert the tungsten electrode into the combined stick-out and locking device.
Thanks to the electrode holder, the Ultima-Tig grinds electrodes down to 15mm with a standard clamp, or 8mm with a special clamp. Moreover, the electrode holder ensures a precise and concentric tip every time. After grinding is complete, you can then flatten the tip, if needed, by placing the electrode clamp in the 90-degree position.
The Ultima-Tig tungsten grinder is available in 230V and 110V and comes complete with a 2 metre cable, 250ml bottle of grinding liquid, diamond super abrasive wheel, electrode clamps (1.6,2.4 and 3.2mm), electrode holder, disposable container complete with liquid and a stainless steel stand.
The Ultima-Tig carries the CE mark and complies with all applicable EU directives.
