Gesipa Birdie
Gesipa Birdie is a compact, lightweight cordless blind rivet tool designed for maximum efficiency and ease of use, in all materials. Weighing just 900 grams (without battery), it’s the lightest in its class, making it ideal for all-day use without fatigue.
Despite its size, the Birdie delivers powerful performance with a 10,000 N setting force and a 25 mm stroke. It can handle blind rivets up to 5 mm in any material, and up to 6 mm in aluminium.
Powered by an 18V CAS battery, it is part of the Cordless Alliance System, meaning it’s compatible with over 300 tools across multiple brands. One full charge can install more than 3,000 rivets, making it a reliable solution for high-volume jobs.
The tool features a nearly wear-free brushless motor, fast cycle times, and tool-free maintenance. With a clear mandrel container, LED work light, and ergonomic design, the Birdie is built for precision and convenience.
Available in multiple kit options – from tool-only to complete sets with batteries and charger – and packaged in either an L-Boxx or cardboard box.
