Integrated Dust Filter for Operator Safety
The Neutrix is the only machine equipped with an integrated dust filter, protecting both the operator and the environment from harmful dust during electrode grinding. The filter is replaceable for continued protection.
Short Electrode Grinding with Minimal Waste
Thanks to its electrode holder, the Neutrix can grind electrodes as short as 15mm with a standard clamp and 8mm with a special clamp. The holder also ensures precise, concentric tips every time. An integral length gauge and locking device minimise electrode waste, resulting in instant cost savings.
Easy Operation and Visual Inspection
An inspection cover allows the operator to view the grinding process. Simply set the grinding angle, lock the electrode in place, and the Neutrix will remove only 0.3mm of material in the correct longitudinal direction.
Extended Wheel Life with Eccentric Plate
A unique feature of the Neutrix is its eccentric plate, allowing adjustment of the grinding position on the diamond wheel face—tripling the wheel’s lifespan.
Fully Equipped for On-Site Use
The Neutrix comes in a storage case with electrode clamps for 1.6, 2.4, and 3.2mm diameter Tungstens (other sizes available). Its compact design and moderate weight make it perfect for on-site work.
