Dual Functionality
The Inelco Ultima-Tig-Cut Tungsten Grinder features a standard grinding unit at the front and a tungsten cutting module at the rear. You can grind electrodes in the usual way, then cut them to an exact length—quickly and safely—without splitting the electrode.
Fully Enclosed, Environmentally Friendly Design
The grinder includes a unique, fully enclosed grinding and cutting chamber with dual dust collection containers. This design automatically captures all hazardous dust particles, ensuring a clean, safe working environment and removing the need for external extraction systems. The sealed container is suitable for landfill disposal.
Precision Grinding for Superior Results
Cold wet grinding, combined with a high-speed diamond wheel, delivers a smooth, polished finish on the electrode. A special locking device holds the electrode in the correct position, reducing waste and ensuring consistency.
Enhanced Welding Quality
The grinding process runs longitudinally along the electrode, producing accurate angles that improve weld quality. This also increases the number of re-ignitions between grinds, extending electrode life.
User-Friendly Operation
To use, insert the electrode into the holder, set the pointer to your required angle, and place the electrode into the combined stick-out and locking device. After grinding, you can flatten the tip if necessary by positioning the clamp at 90 degrees.
Accurate Electrode Cutting
Using the rear cutter module, you can cut electrodes to your required length. Even short electrodes—down to 8mm—can be cut without splitting.
Versatile Electrode Capability
The Ultima-Tig-Cut grinds electrodes as short as 15mm with a standard clamp, or 8mm using a special clamp. The holder ensures every tip is concentric and precise.

Available in both 230V and 110V versions, the Ultima-Tig-Cut comes complete with:
